Cardio Interval/cardio cut interval/ interval challenge Challenge yourself as you alternate between cardio and weight training in this intense class. Ben Weider JCC View Group

Strength & Stability / Core Circuit Challenge / Core Conditioning Improve your abdominal strength, your functional strength and your daily life in one of our core classes targetting the stabilizing muscles of the trunk. Ben Weider JCC View Group
Pilates Improve your strength, posture and mobility with this great workout. You will develop long, lean muscles using poses, stretches and dynamic movements done with little equipment other than your own body. Ben Weider JCC View Group
