The Concordia ‑ International Olympic Weightlifting Club

Founded in 2002 as a non-profit (OBNL), the Concordia-International Olympic Weightlifting Club brings the Olympic spirit to everyone, no matter your age, background, or experience level. Their name reflects their mission: Concordia = unity (from Montreal’s coat of arms) International = our welcoming, multicultural community.

How to Get Started

Whether you’re brand-new to weightlifting or ready to start, this is where strength meets community!

No Experience? No Problem. They welcome beginners with open arms and open barbells.

All you need is:
