Fun, social, and active programs for adults of all levels, including pickleball, volleyball, badminton, swimming, wrestling, Krav Maga, small group training, and more. 

Membership Benefits

Participation in programs does not require a Y membership, but having one offers added value, including preferred program pricing, access to fitness and aquatics, group exercise classes, and a welcoming community. 

Sports

Play in our badminton programs, with matches organized by skill level for fair and fun play.
Our coordinator will ensure that players are matched up with appropriate level of competition.

Develop confidence, patience, discipline, endurance, strength and the habits of great physical health through Krav Maga. David Shickler is an experienced Black Belt and 1st Dan teacher who creates a positive and engaging mixed-level environment where all can learn the fundamentals of this Israeli self-defense practice.

The objective of the Community Klezmer Orchestra is to bring together amateur and professional musicians of all levels to enjoy and play Eastern European Jewish music (klezmer) in a relaxed and supportive setting.
