Active, social, and skill-building programs designed for teens, offering opportunities to stay fit, try new sports, and connect with friends. 

Y Fit Teen Membership (12-17)

Our Y Fit Teen members enjoy access to all of our fitness facilities, pool, basketball gym, group fitness classes, and membership pricing on activities and programs. Members ages 12-15 must take a teen orientation before they can access the fitness facilities. This orientation will teach correct use of machines, proper technique and how to exercise safely. Orientation sessions can be booked here. Contact or visit us to learn more and to become a member.

Teen Activities

Develop confidence, patience, discipline, endurance, strength and the habits of great physical health through Krav Maga. David Shickler is an experienced Black Belt and 1st Dan teacher who creates a positive and engaging mixed-level environment where all can learn the fundamentals of this Israeli self-defense practice.

Develop the fundamentals of Olympic style wrestling in an inter-age, all levels safe and enjoyable atmosphere at the Wrestling Center

Mondays – 5:15 PM – 6:15 PM

A fun, recreationally competitive volleyball program for teen girls, with players matched to their skill level by the program coordinator.

Sundays – 5:00 PM – 7:00 PM

This fun and engaging class introduces kids to the exciting world of pickleball! Through guided instruction, age-appropriate drills, and cooperative games, participants will learn basic skills like grip, forehand and backhand strokes, court movement, and simple rules. The focus is on building coordination, teamwork, and confidence in a supportive setting.

11 to 14 years
