Tween Sports & Recreation

Fun, active, and engaging programs designed for tweens, helping them build skills, confidence, and friendships through sports and recreation. 

Y Junior Membership (2-11)

Our Y Junior members can enjoy swimming with a parent and have access to special member benefits, including early registration and discounted rates for Y activities and  programs. Please note that Y Junior members do not have access to fitness facilities. This is an annual membership.

Tween Activities

Kids will improve their basketball technique and teamwork through structured drills and small games.

7-9 years

Wednesdays – 5:25PM – 6:25PM

Sundays – 10:20AM – 11:20AM

10-12 years

Wednesdays – 6:30PM – 7:30PM

Kids will gain strength, discipline, and confidence while learning Israeli self-defense techniques in a supportive setting.

Mondays – 5:00PM – 6:00PM

Wednesdays – 5:00PM – 6:00PM

Join our recreational program for teen volleyball players.

Sundays – 5:00PM – 7:00PM

outh will continue to develop Olympic style wrestling in an inter-age, advanced and enjoyable atmosphere. You can either purchase all four seasons to secure your spot year long or register per session.

Please note that registration is by season (Summer, Fall, Winter & Spring)

Beginner

Sundays – 8:45AM – 9:45AM

Advanced

Sundays – 10:00AM – 11:00AM

Kids will learn pickleball basics like strokes and movement through fun games and cooperative drills.

11-14 years

Sundays – 3:40PM – 4:40PM

The Jr. WNBA by Wolves Youth Basketball is a youth basketball program designed to develop fundamental skills, sportsmanship, and a love for the game of basketball. The WNBA & Canada Basketball grassroots initiative empowers community sport groups, facilities, and clubs to positively influence youth through basketball.

7-9 years

10-12 years
