Members who plan to be away for two months or more may pay a freeze fee to suspend their membership ($50 Y Fit, $100 Health Club) provided they specify the return date. This privilege may only be used once per membership year. Monthly payments will be temporarily halted during the freeze and will resume on the set return date.
For all in-person transactions, you may pay with a debit card, Visa, or Mastercard. For online transactions, please note that we only accept Visa and Mastercard. Note that recurring monthly payments must be linked to Visa, Mastercard, or preauthorized bank withdrawal.
We do not offer a pool-only membership. You can access the pool with a day pass or a membership.
Fitness facilities schedule for Jewish holidays (subject to change)
Fitness facilities and programs are closed for Shavuot, Rosh Hashanah, Yom Kippur, Sukkot (first 2 days), Shemini Atzeret, Simchat Torah, Pesach (first 2 days & last 2 days)
The Y’s fitness facilities have a modified schedule for the following, subject to the time of sunset:
3:00 pm closure: Erev Yom Kippur
5:00 pm closure: Erev Shavuot, Erev Rosh Hashanah, Erev Sukkot, Erev Shemini Atzeret, Erev Pesach, Erev 7th day Pesach
Schedule for statutory holidays (subject to change)
7:00 am-5:00 pm: St. Jean Baptiste, Canada Day, Labour Day, and Victoria Day.
8:00 am-3:00 pm: Christmas Day and New Year’s Day.
5:00 pm closure: Christmas Eve and New Year’s Eve.
Friday closure hours supersede the above schedule.

We don’t offer a family membership at this time. Consider a Junior Membership (2-11 years) at only $72 a year! All prices and membership options are available HERE.
The pool measures 25 meters in length and has a depth of approximately 10 feet. We do not have a wading pool for children.
The length of the running track is 98.3 meters.
