This is a Cross Training class: 20 minutes of cardio, followed by 20 min of strength training, and ending with 20 min of core training or stretching.

Piloxing is a fitness class that blends boxing and Pilates. It improves cardiovascular endurance, strength, coordination, and balance.

A fun and energizing cycling class fueled by rhythm and music.

This class combines high-intensity cardio in our cycle studio with muscle-sculpting using light weights, elastic loops, and bands. 

A 30 minute class of intense cycling followed by 25 minutes of strength training.

A high-intensity interval training class that consists of eight rounds of intense exercise, each lasting for 20 seconds, followed by a 10-second rest period. It’s a challenging and efficient workout designed to increase your heart rate and challenge your muscles.
