Group Fitness Classes


This is a Cross Training class: 20 minutes of cardio, followed by 20 min of strength training, and ending with 20 min of core training or stretching.

Cardio, Abs, and Butt class is a high-energy workout that focuses on toning and strengthening the core and lower body while improving cardiovascular fitness. 

A fusion class that combines cardio exercises with the core-strengthening and lengthening benefits of Pilates. This class offers a dynamic workout that improves cardiovascular endurance, tones the body, and enhances flexibility and balance.

A full-body workout that combines strength and cardio exercises. Participants rotate through different stations, focusing on specific exercises or muscle groups. The body parts targeted and the intensity may vary from one class to the next.

Piloxing is a fitness class that blends boxing and Pilates. It improves cardiovascular endurance, strength, coordination, and balance. 

This cycling class is designed for performance and provides a perfect mix of interval training and power for an intense workout. 

A fun and energizing cycling class fueled by rhythm and music.

This class combines high-intensity cardio in our cycle studio with muscle-sculpting using light weights, elastic loops, and bands. 

A 30 minute class of intense cycling followed by 25 minutes of strength training.

A high-intensity interval training class that consists of eight rounds of intense exercise, each lasting for 20 seconds, followed by a 10-second rest period. It’s a challenging and efficient workout designed to increase your heart rate and challenge your muscles.

A high-intensity interval training class that combines Tabata-style workouts with a variety of exercises in a circuit format. It’s a full-body workout that challenges your strength, endurance, and cardiovascular fitness, and can be modified to accommodate different fitness levels. 

A form of Martial Art that involves slow, flowing movements coordinated with deep breathing and relaxation techniques. It is low-impact and suitable for all ages and fitness levels, providing physical and mental benefits such as improved balance, flexibility, and reduced stress and anxiety. 

A high-intensity fitness class that is designed to challenge the body and push participants to their limits. This bootcamp-style class incorporates a range of exercises, including cardio, strength training, and bodyweight movements to provide a full-body workout.

A class that combines Latin and international rhythms with cardio and toning exercises suitable for all fitness levels. Participants will leave feeling energized, empowered, and connected. 

A traditional Zumba class with the added element of strength training exercises.
