Not sure where to start? Our No Excuses workshop is the perfect introduction! Led by Y Fitness professionals, this FREE 55-minute session covers five fundamental exercises to help you gain confidence and master the equipment. Plus, you’ll receive a detailed exercise chart to keep you on track!
