A renovated 13,500 square foot space, including a 9,000 square foot functional area, a 4,500 square foot mezzanine, a 100-meter two-lane indoor track, two spacious group training studios, a fully equipped weight room, and a dedicated cardio room.

Our doors are open to all levels, whether you are a novice looking to take control of your health and wellness, someone looking to meet new people, or an advanced athlete looking for a place to further your high-performance training. We offer a wide variety of group fitness classes, small group training programs, personal training services, and we always have experienced trainers on hand to guide or assist you in your journey.
