The Y will not collect, use, or disclose your personal information other than in compliance with this Policy. By providing any of your personal information to the Y, including information obtained by us during your visits to or use of the website, other Y sites or microsites, social networking websites and web pages such as Facebook, Twitter, Instagram, YouTube or any other online site on which the Y maintains a presence in connection with the Y’s activities (collectively, the “Site”), you hereby agree to all of the terms and conditions of this Policy and consent to the collection, use and disclosure of your personal information as described in this Policy. Please note that except as is set forth in this Policy, we reserve the right to share anonymized and/or aggregated data acquired by us through your provision of your personal information with third parties. The terms “we”, “us”, and “our” used in the Policy refer, collectively, to the Y and its departments, divisions, and their respective employees, mandataries, agents, and other representatives (collectively, “Sylvan Adams YM-YWHA Organization”).
