Jonathan Rafail

My first few experiences in the gym date back to January 2018, with the desire to improve my physique, but I immediately became passionate about a healthy and active lifestyle by discovering all of the benefits of training. To this day my goal is to help my clients achieve their goals while improving their health, well-being, and self-esteem. I offer a personalized and accessible approach to my clients, focusing on each individual’s strengths. Success for me is defined by every small step taken in the direction of becoming the best version of yourself!

I consider myself to be a lifelong student. Every day is an opportunity to learn something new, not only from the courses and programs I engage in but with every single client I encounter. The more I know, the better we can tailor our programs to suit your need. We are a team. Your struggles, goals, and limitations are mine as well. I am here to support you and guide you every step of the way to being the best version of yourself. We all bring something different to the team, there is not a one size fits all approach.
