Daycare Pickup

Signing up for the daycare pick-up ensures your child will be picked up directly from their daycare and escorted to their class in a safe and fun atmosphere.

The child you enroll must attend CPE du Y or CPE CCJ and be registered in one or more of the Sylvan Adams YM-YWHA after-school programs that offer daycare pickup. If you register for more than one program you only need to register for daycare pick-up once (the 45$ fee covers the duration of the course). This is not available for les coccinelles, les lapins or les perroquets class.

Movement, Music and Art

CPR & Heimlich course (Protect Enfant) (18+)

Learn CPR and make a difference! CPR is a skill that could increase the survival rate of your loved one by double or triple the chance. Come learn the skill so you don’t have to wait for someone else to step up. Protect enfant brings you a CPR and Heimlich course for parents, grandparents, caregivers nannies and babysitters. participants will learn: How to clear obstructed airway (baby/child/adult) How to perform CPR (baby/child/adult) Theory and practice on mannequins

This course will be taught in English.

Artistic Adventures (3 – 5 years)

Explore different media from pastels to watercolor, and develop your skills across various art styles from comics to sculpture. Each participant will grow and build on artistic skills in a supportive and nourishing environment. You do not need to already be an expert, just have that creative spark, and join in on the fun. All materials included in fee.

Piano Lessons

The Sylvan Adams YMYWHA has a wonderful in-house piano teacher. Maxim Shatalkin, international award-winning concert pianist, recently moved to Montreal from Ukraine. He is available to teach beginner, intermediate or advanced piano to 7-year-olds through adults.
