A commemoration project for fallen soldiers and victims of terrorism. Within the kitchen, we not only cook, but also connect through smelling, tasting, and reminiscing. In honor of Yom Hazikaron, we extend an invitation for you to join in a heartwarming initiative, ‘Taste of Memories’. Food serves as a universal language that unites people worldwide.

By clicking the button below, you will gain access to an Israeli cookbook featuring the favorite dishes of 12 fallen soldiers and victims of terror lost in the wars of Israel. We encourage you to prepare these recipes with your loved ones between May 6th and May 16th, and share your personal experiences on social media, honoring the memory of the fallen soldier whose dish you’ve prepared. We hope this initiative sparks meaningful discussions about Yom Hazikaron, fostering remembrance and commemoration.
