A performance-oriented cycling session that will provide the ultimate mix of interval training with power!

A dynamic cycling session infused with energizing rhythms and music.

This class features high-intensity cardio in our cycle studio followed by muscle-sculpting using light weights and exercises for the abdominal muscles in our Mezzanine. Note: Sneakers required.

A dynamic workout session combining 30 minutes of high-intensity cycling using our Stages Flight Bikes, followed by 25 minutes of strenght training the Mezzanine. A challenging total body workout. Note : Sneakers required.

High-intensity interval training. You’ll execute a single exercise (typically calisthenic) at maximum intensity, maintaining proper form for 20 seconds, followed by a brief 10-second recovery period. Repeat this cycle non-stop for 8 rounds, totaling 4 minutes. The number of Tabatas completed in a class may vary based on participant proficiency. Recommended for intermediate to advanced levels.

This practice consists of twelve deliberate movements executed with slow, concentrated motions, synchronized with deep breathing. Tai chi offers a noncompetitive, individualized approach to gentle physical exercise and stretching. Each posture seamlessly transitions into the next, maintaining continuous body movement. Suitable for participants of all skill levels.

This class is a complete workout ! Whether structured in circuit format or not, the emphasis remains on intensive engagement of all muscle groups through cardio or heavy weight exercises. The instructor may incorporate various equipment such as TRX, running tracks, rowing machines, battle ropes, kettlebells, dumbbells, bosu balls, and more. Each session varies to provide diverse challenges and opportunities for growth.

Vinyasa differs from hatha by focusing on flowing sequences of poses rather than individual poses with breaks in between. While some vinyasa classes follow a fixed sequence like Ashtanga, many allow teachers to customize the order of poses. Given vinyasa’s more active nature, it’s recommended to wear lightweight, sweat-wicking clothing that moves with your body.
